FRONT OFFICE

Front Office is the department with which the guest makes his first contact with hotel staff. This department deals with reservation, reception, cash, luggage, telephone etc. Our lab is fully equipped and designed as a hotel's front desk where students can learn all the functions of Front Office Department.

MEDICAL FACILITY
A 100 bedded General Hospital is fully functional within the campus as an attachment with Dental College and Institute of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation. The medical facilities for the students are available round the clock in the campus itself.

Besides it an ambulance van operatable 24 hours is available in the campus for unforeseen emergencies. Separate first aid boxes have been engaged in the hostels and academic blocks for the time to time medical treatment of the students.

TRANSPORTATION
The management is running a fleet of 33 Delux A/c buses for day scholars from Ambala, Mohali, Chandigarh and Panchkula.

The bus service is optional and running on no profit and no loss basis. Various pickup points have been identified in these towns to facilitate students to commute from the points nearest to their houses.

HOSTEL ACCOMODATION
Separate hostels for Boys and Girls are operational in the college campus from the beginning. The provision of 600 students in Boys hostel and 700 students in Girls Hostel have been made.

Both the hostels are provided with direct line of Telephone connection and round the clock security personnel are deployed for the security of the students.  

GUEST HOUSE ACCOMODATION
Separate guest house facility availble with in the campus.

INTERNET FACILTITY
Complete Wi-Fi Internet facilites available. Completely interconnected universtity campus with exchange facilities. Besides two big centrally air-conditioned computer centers having about 600 advanced PC's with world class networking, the high speed 1:1 RF connectivity internet facility having a bandwidth of 1 Mbps is available for the students round the clock. The students are also provided with the separate slots of internet in addition to the curriculum program.

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
The institutes have set up various societies catering to the different types of extra curricular activities for the students who may want to participate in it. The Cultural Societies, Literary Society etc. have been formed so as to provide the students with an institutional support for developing their special skills culmination in a fuller expression of their personalities. Debates, Seminars, Rangoli Competitions, musical and cultural events etc. are also an integral component at the Institutes in addition to the studies.

SPORTS FACILITIES
A Stadium, Playgrounds and other infrastructure for the outdoor games i.e. basketball, volleyball, cricket and badminton are available in the campus. Apart from this, the facilities for indoor games are also available. The sports and athletics meet is held every year in the Campus.

TRAINING & PLACEMENT CELL

Our Training & Placement Cell puts every effort to identify suitable employment opportunities through its contacts in the industry.

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE
This department deals with serving the prepared food & drinks hygienically in the restaurant and bar, following correct manner and etiquettes. We have a fully furnished and equipped training restaurant and bar to teach and train our students all the skills required by a F & B Service personnel. To nurture the budding chefs among our students, we have a well equipped Food Production Lab, where the students learn to prepare delicacies from and around the World.

AUDITORIUM
An Auditorium with a seating capacity of 300 people.

FACULTY ACCOMODATION
Inhouse accomodation for over 100 faculty members within the campus.

INHOUSE SHOPPING CENTER, SBI ATM, COFFEE SHOP, and RESTURANT
The campus has an inhouse shopping center, SBI Atm facility, a coffe shop, and a resturant to provide basic amenities to the students.

PERSONALITY CELL
The Institute also pays special attention to inculcate human values and grooming its students for a bright career. We continuously strives to develop students realize their latent potential while acquiring professional knowledge.

ACCIDENT RISK COVERAGE
The trust has introduced accidental risk coverage for all the students at the cost of management.

LIBRARY
Well stocked library with more than 2000 books under 300 tittles & 10 journals with varied topics on Hotel and Tourism Industry and Personality Development to give extra knowledge and information to the students apart from the fixed curriculum.

The Library acts as a spine which plays an important and quite significant role in student's knowledge gaining by imparting better education, both formal and non-formal. A full fledged computerized library exists in the College. Photostat facility is available at the normal price. Enrolment to the library by every student is a primary requirement. Library membership is granted for the complete course of studies. All text books prescribed by the University as per curriculum are available in the library in sufficient number. A separate section of reference books is also there for facilitating the students to study in the library.

Through its client focused librarians, the library provides resources accessible to all students. The institute's computerized library network not only offers traditional library facility but also provides regular magazines, journals, periodicals of reputed organizations for students use. Other facilities available include the internet, CD-ROMS, Bibliographies, proceedings and much more. A book bank for the needy students is also available in the library.
